Payment OptionsPayment is expected when services are rendered. We accept debit cards, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American express) and cash. All credit cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
Payment Plan
Our hospital accepts Care Credit. For client who need financial assistance, and want to learn more about it, please visit www.carecredit.com/vetmed. All routine services must be paid in full at the time of the visit.
Pet Insurance
At Forestville Veterinary and Bird Hospital, we will assist you and your pet with pet insurance need. We recommend and make available information regarding veterinary pet insurance. Unfortunately, like human insurance, if you are not already covered by a pet insurance policy prior to an emergency or wellness examination, you will not be able to obtain coverage quickly when you need one. Therefore we recommend you make arrangements now so when it is time to visit us, your pet will be covered under a pet health insurance policy. |
